10 Self-Care Products I Love

I don’t pretend to be an influencer in any way. I don’t have this fantasy where I think I’m more important than I am. But I have found these products that make my life a little bit easier and a little bit better. So I want to share them with you.

Please note: I was not endorsed or sponsored for any of these products. These are simply ones I use all the time and want to talk about. Prices, pictures, and links are included.

  • Billie razors
Why I Love It: I have been using Billie since August. They are a women-led razor company. One of my favorite things about Billie is that they aren’t afraid to show hair on their advertisements. They’re also relatively cheap, and it’s a subscription service. This means it ships to you based on how much you shave. I only shave once a week, so I get a shipment every 3 months. This means I’m only paying every 3 months. I have to talk about the blades themselves! They are 5 blades encased in a charcoal shave soap. They’re so smooth and sharp! And the handle! The bottom of the handle is a matte rubber that makes it easy to grip. The top is sleek and smooth. AND! There is a magnet in the handle. The basic kit comes with a holder that they call magic! It’s magnetic and sticks to the shower wall. In other words, it means that the razor is not lying down in the shower and getting nasty. I could talk about Billie all day because I really do love it that much, and that is just the razor!

Also, if you sign up for an email from my link, we can both get a discount and you can get a coupon! Link: http://fbuy.me/qO4-f
Shop for razors and more on Billie’s site: $9 for the razor starter kit and each subscription (lots of colors. I have the DreamPop, pictured below) mybillie.com
  • Bite Toothpaste Bits
Why I Love It: I’m new to Bite. But so far I really like it. Bite is a sustainable toothpaste company. It’s another subscription service. They send you 1 or 4 months of toothpaste tablet and a little glass jar. The 4 month is the only subscription though. It is a little pricier though, but it is helping reduce plastic waste. It is also made with all natural ingredients and no harsh chemicals. The smell/taste is a good amount of strength without being overwhelming. I have the Fresh Mint flavor. I also love how easy they are to travel with! I bought a set of small containers off Amazon and they fit so well! I stayed at my aunt and uncle’s two weeks ago (animal-sitting), and I could easily fir enough of the bits in one container and still had room.

Shop on the site for toothpaste (in Fresh Mint, Mint with Activated Charcoal, and Berry Twist) as well as mouthwash, floss, whitening gel, and toothbrush: bitetoothpastebits.com
  • Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm
Why I Love It: Alright, I’m going to make this short. This is the BEST lip balm. My one complaint is how small the tube is. It’s not even a full ounce and cost $8, but it lasts. It’s built in with 25 SPF sunscreen, and the flavors are great. It’s very moisturizing. This stuff is pretty serious magic. I’ve taken to keeping one in my wallet (my wallet is large) just so I always have one on hand. It’s really that good!!!

Find it at Ulta for $8 in a number of flavors: https://www.ulta.com/intense-therapy-lip-balm-spf-25?productId=xlsImpprod3730169
  • Freeman Exfoliating Foot Scrub Peppermint and Plum
Why I Love It: My feet are DISGUSTING. I’m on my feet all the time, and I get lots of calluses and dead skin. Pedicures are expensive, and I don’t really like anyone else touching my feet. This stuff works well to make my feet look and feel better. AND it’s very cheap. It’s recommended to use 2-3x a week. I use it in the shower. And I also have sensitive feet where it sometimes itches me to put lotion on my feet. I have had no issues with this. It smells good, works well, and cost less than most fast food!

Find it for around $3 from either Walmart or Walgreens on Freeman’s site: https://freemanbeauty.com/product/peppermint-plum-exfoliating-foot-scrub/
  • Ulta Watermelon Sleeping Mask
Why I Love It: Okay last skincare product. This is also a new purchase. But I really love it already! Something you should know about me: I don’t like the smell of lavender. I know that lavender is really calming, but I don’t like the smell of it. Unfortunately, most sleep-type products are lavender based. I have been looking for a nighttime skincare addition that isn’t lavender. I found this! It’s watermelon! It is a little pricey at $16 for a 2 oz container, but a little with this goes a long way. Similar to the foot scrub I just mentioned, this is recommended to use 2-3x a week. It makes my skin so soft the next day and I feel like my skin is glowing. The first time I used this, I was constantly rubbing my hands on my face the next day because my face was so soft. This ticks all of my boxes (smells good, works, reasonable price point, not lavender), and I am very pleased with this purchase!

Get it at Ulta for $16: https://www.ulta.com/watermelon-sleeping-mask?productId=pimprod2003678
  • Garnier Fructis Nourishing Treat 1 Minute Hair Mask with Coconut Extract
Why I Love It: Alright on to hair care! This stuff is amazing for my hair! I use it once a week in place of conditioner, and I love this stuff! I buy this by the tub, and it lasts me a couple months. All you do is leave it in your hair for a minute, rinse it out, and when your hair dries, it comes out so soft and smooth. There are other ones as well, but the coconut is my absolute favorite! It smells great, it works great, and it’s very affordable!

Shop for it on Garnier’s site (Also available at most major grocery stores- Meijer, Target, Walmart, etc.): $7.99 for a 13 oz tub at https://www.garnierusa.com/about-our-brands/fructis/fructis-treats/nourishing-treat-1-minute-hair-mask-coconut-extract
  • Sleek Shampoo Brush
Why I Love It: Shampoo brushes are great! They help get your scalp cleaner and get more circulation. They also can help get out shampoo and dandruff and detangle your hair. The one that I use actually came from the Dollar Tree. It has a ring for a finger, and the bristles are sturdy. I have had mine for about a year, and I haven’t lost any teeth of it. It works just as well as any high-end one, and cost me a lot less.

Dollar Tree’s site: $1/$12 (if you buy it online, you can only buy a case, which is a pack of 12. In the store, it’s $1). https://www.dollartree.com/sleek-shampoo-brushes/255729
  • Wet Brush
Why I Love It: My mom got my sister and I Wet Brushes for Christmas a couple years ago as a stocking stuffer, and it is AMAZING! My hair is pretty thick and it tangles easily, especially when it’s long. The Wet Brush solves that problem! It hasn’t met a tangle it couldn’t work through. I also used to be really sensitive when it came to brushing my hair, and my Wet Brush rarely hurts me. It’s wonderful and worth every hype.

Here is the link for the Amazon shop, where brushes range from about $10-20: https://www.amazon.com/stores/node/20550271011?_encoding=UTF8&field-lbr_brands_browse-bin=Wet%20Brush&ref_=bl_dp_s_web_20550271011
This is the one I have, but there are so many!
  • JBuds Pro Wireless Signature Earbuds
Why I Love It: Stuff that’s not hair or skin care! I use these earbuds in the gym and anytime I connect to my phone for music. I have had them for at least 2 years, and they still sound just as good. I’ve had no issues with losing sound. They have good sound quality, and I love that they’re wireless. I also love that they have an adjustable strap for the neck. I don’t have to hold one if I take one out. Volume buttons and a speaker keep me hands-free and don’t require me to pull out my phone to change volume or song. These are a $20 pair of earbuds that I absolutely love!

I bought them at Target, but they no longer sell this kind, so here is the official website: (I have them in purple, but there are other colors): https://www.jlab.com/products/jbuds-pro-bluetooth-signature-earbuds?variant=40997322004
  • Adidas Court Lite Duffel Bag
Why I Love It: I asked for a gym bag this past Christmas. The one I was using had a giant hole in it. So I needed one! My cousin drew my name for our secret Santa, and he bought me this one! It’s roomy and has lots of pockets! It can easily hold a change of clothes, my tennis shoes, and everything else that is normally in there. I love the long adjustable strap. It’s a great size for the gym. It fits in the lockers without having to be shoved in or turned sideways. A new bag was needed, but this one definitely surpassed my expectations. It makes me excited to go to the gym because I love being able to show it off!

Get a similar one from the Adidas site for $30 (they no longer make the color I have): https://www.adidas.com/us/search?q=court%20lite%20duffel
This is the one I have!

This was a great change of pace for me! I hope you enjoyed it as well! Maybe I even put you on to a new product, which would be awesome! If not, hopefully you at least enjoyed getting some insight into the things I use on the regular that I love!
