It’s time for another post about goals! You might be tired of them, but it’s what I’m working for right now. It’s still on my mind and still relevant to what I’m doing in my life.
One big thing about reaching for your goals is that you have to push yourself. You don’t grow in your comfort zone.
For example, this week I am doing some intense training that will benefit me both now and later on. I’m working out a lot, and I am and will be very sore. The results will be worth it though.
This isn’t my first time doing this kind of thing. I did this back in December, so I knew what to expect going in. But now there are those like me then. I know what they’re going through, and for them this is very difficult. Some are beginning to see the benefits and others are still complaining, and it’s been just 2 days.
Even though I’ve done this before, this workout still pushes me. I’m growing and learning, even with my prior experience. And I know I’m growing. And so even despite the soreness, I continue to push myself.
This is a shorter post, and mainly just this one story. But sometimes it doesn’t have to be a lot to get the point across. Pushing yourself is the best way to achieve growth.
